Who Am I?

On one level I am cells that make up skin, muscles, a heart, bones, blood, hair and an assortment of other necessary parts.

On another level I am what I eat.

But better yet, I am a Child of God. I grew up singing the words to this song. And never in my life has it made more sense to me than it does now.

I am a child of God
And He has sent me here
Has given me an earthly home
With parents kind and dear.

Lead me, guide me, walk beside me
Help me find the way
Teach me all that I must do
To live with Him someday.

And then as a teen-ager I sang these words...

Walk tall you're a daughter, a child of God,
Be strong, please, remember who you are...

Everthing I do is based on that premise.
