"And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall."

The most important issues

This video was brought to my attention by fellow members of my faith. We may not always see eye to eye with those of the Catholic faith but this video is something I feel strongly about passing along. To those who agree with this....please get out and vote this November.

I'm not Catholic either, but that was indeed a very powerful video.

Brooke, this is one place where all Christians can come together in force...to maintain our values of life and family.

As a Catholic I can tell you that on these issues, the people in our parish by and large do not care what brand of Christian you are as long as you side on the side of protecting life. Officially our Priest does not preach politics from the pulpit at all, but we meet and have talked politics many times and it is amazing how many people get discouraged and decide that their vote does not count, so they do not. That is a bad mistake in my view.

Indeed, that was a very powerful video. Family, not redefining family.

This is a crucial time in our history. WE MUST get out and vote AND encourage others the same. We cannot allow a small very vocal minority to take these things away.

Surely the differences between Catholics & Christians are small enough to be surmountable.
